I don't want to do the fixed menu. I'm thinking about an appetizer, a couple of sides and dessert. Would that be frowned upon not getting a main course?
Honestly not trying to be cheap just don't want huge portions of food that I won't be able to eat.
Thanks!

Personally it's your time and money. You should be able to order whatever way you like. Based on my experience with the staff at Palo, I think they will won't care and will give you the best service they can.

I for sure want the soufflé!!

We wondered if we could just come in for drinks and dessert one night. May try for a walk up later in the evening one night on our next cruise. I wouldn't want to tie up a reservation for just dessert if people are wanting to book a full dinner.

I wonder if you could get the dessert and eat it in the bar area outside of Palo, that way you can have a drink as well and not tie up any space that way. Just a thought
