How much does it cost to have one case of water sent to our resort and how did you order it?Also, how long ahead do you have to order it.We would only need water. Thanks

Just another suggestion....how about just stopping at a gas station/Walgreen's or grocery store and picking up a case? Of course that won't work if you don't have a car, but it's a thought.

You can order water, at least you have been able to a few weeks ago, from Costco.com You do not have to be a member of Costco in order to order the water.

I would order at least 4-5 business days prior to your arrival date.

We won't be driving,we are flying and using the Magical Express,so we can not stop and pick it up.How much do they charge for ordering? Also, does someone need to be in the room when it comes?

When I ordered from Costco, shipping (via UPS) was free.

I would give your order about 3-4 days, as it is shipped directly from Nestle's plant in Florida (not Costco).

What brand of water have you ordered before and does anyone know the item number for it (if there is one)?We drink bottled water and know that sometimes different brands don't taste the same (yes,I know it's just water, but some taste different). Also is it free shipping even if you're not a member? We don't have Costco's here, only Sam's club.Do you give them the hotels address and your name?Or do you have to have it address it a certain way for the hotel to know to hold it and when your're suppost to arrive? We always send a box down for the hotel to hold till our arrival but we've never ordered water before.Any help would be great. Thanks,

I had to reply to someone from my neck of the woods.:)

If I am understanding correctly when you order the water use the hotels address as the shipping and include your name, reservation number, and check in date somewhere on the shipping label.

I hope this helps. I have to figure out how to do this for our upcoming trip too!

The brand of water sold at Costco online is "Zephyrhills" , which is Nestle's local brand in the state of Florida -- it is sent to you straight from Nestle's distribution center in Florida.

When shipping, you must provide Costco the actual street address for your resort as UPS will not deliver to the Lake Buena Vista Post Office (where the WDW resorts pick-up their everyday mail).

Normally, I put my name and my reservation confirmation number on the package - that way, the resort staff will know exactly who it's going to.

Hope this helps!

We're staying at the POFQ,so I guess the address I used to ship a package down with my arrival date, name, etc, would be the same address to have the water shipped too? Also, can I call in the order or does it have to be done online? Thanks

Best I recall, it has to be done online (as in this case, Costco serves a middleman and retransmits your order to Nestle -- that's why no membership is required for water orders) -- just remember to have your order shipped to the actual, physical street address for POFQ:

2201 Orleans Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL, 32830

This address is to be used for ground delivery services such as UPS or FedEx. If you are sending something from home through the U.S. Mail, just send it to the mailing address the resort provides you.

BUDGET TIP: FedEx Ground is typically way less expensive than the Post Office and is available at all Office Max and FedEx Office (former Kinko's) locations.

we are staying at POR and the address I have used in the past and will use again this year is as follows:
myname
check in Sept 18 2010
1251 RIVERSIDE DRIVE
PORT ORLEANS RIVERSIDE RESORT
LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL 32630
I ordered it last year on 9/14/ from Costco. com under business services/ break room supplies.
The cost was 6.99 per case plus tax total including delivery.
We ordered 6 cases so our total was $41.94
shipping & handling $ 0.00
tax $ 2.73
order total $44.67

it was waiting for us at check in (Sept 18) and was delivered to our room

Great- anybody order more recently?

We will be arriving on 8/19 so I was thinking of ordering on Monday 8/15....

We ordered ours from Costco. I believe they had the best price.

I ordered it on Weds. evening thinking it should be there by Saturday. Well, we didn't get it until Monday (half way through our trip). Be sure to order early enough.

In June when we went on vacation, I ordered from Garden Grocer, and it was a painless process. I think that it was 6.99 or 7.00 for 24 bottles. Of course there is a $40 minimum purchase. But if you are only wanting water, I would make a stop at the HESS if you have a car.

:goodvibes
