Ordering AP on DVC site - how long?

Does anyone know how long it takes for the voucher to be delivered when you purchase on line? Also, it is a voucher, right? I exchange it when I get to the parks and the pass is valid for one year after that date, not the purchase date?

yes it is a voucher and it took mine about 7/10 days. and yes it starts the day you activate it.

I just purchased mine on line and it took about 7/10 days to get it as stated above. I will not be there until December. You never know when Disney will raise prices again, better safe than sorry.

It really only save a few minutes as they would have to run your CC or cash through.

I think you can get them willcalled as well and just show your DL and the confirm letter.

So, if I decide to wait....where can I buy them? We've always used Guest Services at MK or Epcot (Int'l Gateway). Do any of the resorts sell them with the discount?

I'm trying to check in for our first night on an AP discount rate and I have ME transportation. I'm trying to avoid a problem when I go to check in. I thought CRO told me I could purchase the AP's at the All-Star Resort, but that just didn't sound right to me.

If I can avoid spending the $$$ until I get there, I'd like to wait, but if I can avoid a major hassle, I'll buy ahead.
