Order to get FP without Maxpass?

Is there some nice regular out there who could tell me the order to grab Fastpasses these days at both parks without Maxpass?

WIth or without max pass guardians and soarin in DCA have been the first to go. I read a post recently that rsr was lasting longer than toy story mania.
