Has anyone ever seen this? What does it mean?

Did you call the number??? That is what I would do, none of us here can tell you definitively. It sounds like it may mean that they are having issues processing payments and there may be an outage. Or there could be an issue with your card. Hard to say. I'd call.

Called them and we figured it out!! I'm using my Debit card and the bank wouldn't allow that much at once without prior approval. PHEW!!!
