Order a birthday cake in advance?

Hello,

My sister is going to Disneyland Paris and I'm hoping to order and pay for a birthday cake as a surprise. Is there any way I can do this?

I'd also love to upgrade her meal plan to full board but I can't find a way to do this either.

You need access to her booking details and permission from her to do so.
You can preorder a cake if staying onsite and pay for it in sterling, but again, you'll need access to her booking details.

Same as upgrading her meal plan, you can only do it through Disney (or TA she booked with). Sorry I can't be more helpful :-(
