Orbitz Disney Resort Benefits option?

Newbie to Orbitz and decided to check website after reading these threads. Does anyone know why a standard room at WL costs $354.53 and a standard room with "Disney Resort Benefits" option is $486.92? I copied below from the site...I thought all resort guests received these benefits, minus the ME?

I know one thing's for sure if they try not to let me do EHM I will flip out. So if you see a crazy lady at the Poly flipping out that be me. I don't see how they can block us from anything. It only says you have to STAY at a Disney hotel. It doesn't say you have to pay XXXX price.
