Orbitz and WDW resort codes

Spent the last TWO hours on the phone. Love the discounts the customer service at Orbitz has been a real pain. I still don't have a code that I can use for My diisneyland Experience app.

They now said to repeat all the phone calls on Saturday.

Arghghgghgh!
Anyone else out there have better luck?

Yuck! I had no trouble at all. I got my magic code and linked to MDE in less than 15 minutes. Hope you have better luck next time you call.

My code was on my email confirmation from Orbitz. I linked it with no trouble at all.

I did have an issue with Magical Express and when I called to inquire, they had to transfer me to a higher CM who have me a different confirmation number also.

I emailed them and received my magic code within hours. Maybe try email? That was for tickets though.

Also, check your email. I had to link my mom's Orbitz reservation to her MDE. The codes on the confirmation page do not link. However, the Orbitz confirmation email had the right code. It was labeled hotel confirmation number and it was 6 characters consisting of 2 letters and 4 numbers.

The hotel code didn't work that was on the Orbitz confirmation (one by the hotel code) they send me a 12 digit code after I emailed them (thanks) but I had called to have my kids added to the reservation and I can only add one person. Here is go again....thanks for the help!

Sorry to hear you had issues. I think a lot has to do with getting the right person to talk to. I was able to get my DD added, DH's name added to the reservation, and conf# for MDE in one phone call.
