Orange Tree

I wasn't sure where to post this so forgive me if I posted in the wrong section.

We will be staying at a villa soon located in Orange Tree (Clermont) off the 27.
I know there are plenty of grocery stores etc. in the area but how is the area itself?

Anyone?

love clermont - it is on my list of places to live.

it is pretty safe - but you have to be prepared for a thief no matter where you are - never take anything on vacation that you would miss badly.

wdw resorts also have a thief on occasion - it very hard to kept them out

Oh..that good eh? Of course I know theft is everyone but then again some areas are safer then others also so one of the reasons I was asking.
We stayed in Davenport last year and we had no issues at all with theft so hopefully the same luck will continue

I live 2 subdivisions down from Orange Tree. Love the area. Traffic can get crazy on 192 and down 27 by the Wal Mart so allow some extra time if needed. Newer Publix is almost within walking distance.
