Orange County Record of Deed

I saw in a post there is a web site to check to see if your deed has been recorded for DVC. Does anyone know the site?

The record was posted online on 1/10/06. Pretty quick. Except it is not verified, Whatever that means.

I've written these types of systems for a county in another state. Generally, the info is entered by one person, and later it is verified by another. Abstractors, attorneys, etc. won't take the info as accurate until it is verified.
