Orange County FL website not posted?

I was notified I closed 6/17 and my deed or waiver is not posted on the Orange County FL website I see that most ppl are posted the next day is this something to be concerned by? thanks

Mine always posted same day. And that was using all the major brokers/closing companies.

Does it really matter? People get busy and paperwork can be delayed. Why would you be concerned?

well I did want to try to book a vacation soon and I dont know that I 100% trust what the title company tells me.

I closed on one contract on 6/12, deed still does not exist in county web site, but this morning my contract showed up in my membership, and later in the day all the points. I thought disney needs a copy of recorded deed for transfer of ownership, don't know what happened in between.

I was just coming here to post the same thing. I was notified of closing... but nothing is showing regarding the deed. I worry that it was incorrectly recorded and I am not seeing it. I was notified about a week ago....

I hope it is just as simple as a lot of people closed last week... and it is taking time to record. That would explain why both of us are still not seeing our deed on the site, yes?

And... like you I am waiting to be able to book a trip. I worry things will be full and I will have to waitlist by the time I get into Disney's system.

I didn't think that you had to have your deed posted to have DVC enter you into the system. We closed on a direct buy at VGF and the deed is not posted. Sometimes it can take a month or more to get the deed.
