Orange County Fair coming soon! July 15-Aug. 14. Pix from 2010

Just wanted to post a few pictures from last year's Orange County fair. If you will be in the area between July 15-Aug. 14, 2011 the fair is open Wed.-Sundays for about a month.

The OC fair is your typical county fair-rides, animals, food,contests, displays, arts 'n crafts, and more.

DD11 and I went last year on opening day with a friend of hers. We had a food time. Went a few days later with my DSis, her DS1.5, and DM71.There will be deals and discounts posted on their website soon. Some days are free for kids. Others are free with books or food donations. If you can go an a discount deal you will save money. They also offer discount days on rides-they can get pretty expensive.

The fair is located in Costa Mesa, south of DLR. Right off the freeway.

Oh thank you for posting the pics.... I got my daughter and myself tickets to see Selena Gomez on Sunday the 24th.... Cant wait. Husband is planning on enjoying the fair with the others while we enjoy the concert. We will drive up from doheny beach .... Wonder what the drive will be like with traffic and what parking will be like....
