Hi all! Can anyone tell me how close this is to WDW? It's on International Drive!!! And I will be there next October for a conference. I was trying to figure out which Hotels they use as conference hotels as well. This is so cool! I have annual passes that expire on 10/10/03 and the conference starts onn 10/11/03! So I will be down there for at least the week before! And I won't have to pay for airfare!

Orange County Convention Center is about 5-6 miles from WDW. Not far at all. Just down I-4.

That is so cool about your trip and your passes. Couldn't have worked out better!

That's a nice area on I-Drive. There are many restaurants and nice hotels there, also a lot of things to do. We did that one time when DH went to a conference at the O.C.C.C.. I can't say for certain how long it takes to get to WDW from there, but from what I recall it wasn't too long of a drive. I'll say about 20 minutes or so.

Its on IDrive, not far from Sea world. We found it on the way to Seaworld. They have an old one, and a newer one that is under construction on the other side of I drive.

Not sure when the construction will be finished but it will be sweet when it is done

If I remember correctly you could almost see the side of Journey to Atlantis from the road (very cool ride in Sea World)

If I also remember correctly there was an I4 ramp near a 7-11 or something like that not too far from the current convention center..
