Options to make a room request

Outside of sitting on hold with member services or online check-in, is there any other way to put in a room request?

Sure. You can use Chat or email them via the member website. I usually use Chat now but in the past have liked email. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit and play around on the website until Chat comes up, but it generally will appear.

If you do make your request via MS, just skip over the part of online checkin that concerns requests. Entering anything there will override what you submit to MS.
