Oprah's 12wk Boot camp??

I wish I could see that! I need a little motivation. I feel good about my size & weight....but I have been eating poorly lately & I am afraid I will lose all of my accomplishments! I am keeping up with the 8 workouts a week though!
 
Yeah, I messed up on sunday but it was mother's day so I had a little extra :rolleyes1

Anywho I gotta wait to weigh in on tuesday, I just hope I stayed the same and not gained, shoo.
 
I was so upset today... I went for my physical and I thought gosh I feel great, look great... down 50 lbs and the doctor had the nerve to tell me that she wants me to lose 10 more.... :rolleyes: It was a new doc so she doesn't know what I have done but I still was upset :sad2:

I kind of thought I was closer to goal than that... how do you know how much you should weigh. didn't someone post that on this thread a couple weeks back.

I am owning my number... I weigh 142lbs and I am 5'5 but 10 more I don't have the strength. :confused3

Great job to all that lost and thanks for the heads up on Oprah.

Anywho, my weigh in results was 0, no lbs lost or gained which is good considering what I ate last week. :guilty:

In other news, while i was in the first 5mins of my second workout, a visitor dropped by which messed me up. It was later accompanied by the worst cramps, I mean I haven't had cramps like these since high school. :earseek: Needless to say I'm feeling very unmotivated this week so it's gonna be a test for me to get to the gym.
 

OH my gosh - exercise is SOOOOO the answer to maintaining & continuing weight loss!!! I haven't weighed myself for a couple of weeks because I have had some BAD weekends (pretty good weeks, but BAD weekends!). Well, when I got out of the shower this afternoon - something told me to get on the scale. Another 1/2 pound lost! I feel good, but I didn't think the scale would be my friend....in the past, if I had a bad weekend, I would gain a few pounds even if I was good during the week. NOT NOW! I guess 8 workouts a week is keeping my body on track - even with some guilty pleasures now & then :goodvibes
 
Me too! I have been avoiding the scale and for the same reason, bad weekends! But I guess not as bad as I thought! I got on today and was another 1lb down.. woo hoo!!!

Almost time to go to disney and am a whole size and half lower! I say size and half because some are 14 and some are 12 already. Buy hey nothing is a 16!

You guys are great and Im glad there are still a few of us sticking to the plan. I saw another thread, I havent had a chance to read it but are we going over there or staying here? Are we all in for ANOTHER 12 weeks?

Lori - I'm in for life! Not the strenuous dieting, but I am working out no less than 8 times a week - forever! It is just amazing - my body is like a high metabolism calorie burning machine. I am only a pound from goal - it will come. My plan now is to "diet" Mon thru Fri & relax my rules on the weekends. I'm sticking with this thread, but I also visited the other thread - i'm not sure they got anything off the ground on that other thread or not. Doing okay but dont seem to be motivated much this week. Sounds like you have company Firstimer. No gain or loss and just havent been in the mood for any program. I think its because Im so close to going to the world and dont want to stress about food.

Leaving the day after tomorrow, so I guess I will have to check in with you gals when I return. Hope your all doing better than me this week!

Hi everyone! I just rejoined OBC starting yesterday! I have a question with regards to breakfast. I usually have either a nutrigrain bar or cereal for breakfast. Now that the whites and grains are out, what do you all recommend for breakfast other than fruit?
 
Well I usually have eggs and turkey sausage. :confused3
I'm at the point now where I can have oatmeal so that helps alot except now it's hot :sad2:
