I hope one of you Oprah fans can help.
While watching the Oprah show today, i was also doing other things (multi-tasking - LOL - dinner etc) so i didn't write down something profound that was said.
It was the segment where a woman in a car accident returning from the Oprah show ended up killing her MIL. Someone (not sure who) said something that Oprah repeated, and it was really profound.
Something about "if you're not your true, authentic self, you end up being repressed, and then depressed." But there was *more* to it, that made so much sense.
Does anyone know exactly what was said?
Thank you so much - its something a dear friend needs to hear - altho i guess we all do from time to time....!)
