Opinions wanted on beaded jewelry

Personally I think you could get more for them. I bought just a necklace for $20. Why not sell them seperatly? I think they are great.

I agree, especially if you are using glass beads v. plastic. And if any of the metal you are using is silver, definitely bump the price up.

I think they are very pretty, but around here every store carries them. And at all the festivals and street fairs there are a bunch of booths selling them. So I guess it depends on your competition where you live. If it was here you wouldnt make any money.

You're right and I do need to investigate that.

They really are pretty and I agree about selling them seperately. Maybe have a reduced price if someone buys a set. I say that because I'm really not into necklaces and bracelettes but I love earrings. And I'm sure others may want to buy individual pieces too. You certainly do have a knack for that stuff. I can barely walk and talk at the same time.

I think they are really nice... my favorite is the top one, but I like the amethyst a lot (not as keen on the natural look for the center though) as well. If you only charged that much for the set, that would be impressive! Most I know charge $30 plus just for a necklace. Rings in similar styles too start at $15

Your items are very beautiful, and your prices are reasonable.

I also make handcrafted jewelry, and I have been doing Fall craft shows for about 14 years. I do beaded necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. Most are natural stone beads, Freshwater pearls, Austrian Crystal, and some glass. I never use plastic.

At the craft shows I arrange the jewelry in sets, but each thing priced seperately. If someone only wants the earrings I sell them just the earrings. I will still keep the necklace on the table that day, but I will make a notation in my inventory book that I need to make a new pair of earrings.
If someone ONLY wants the necklace, then I just place the earrings on the display that has only earrings.

As much as I enjoy the craft shows, it is extremely difficult to get out of bed by 6 am on a Saturday! I work my office job Mon-Fri.
Craft shows can be fun, but it is hard to determine WHICH ones are the better ones. Make sure you go to many craft shows as a customer to check them out.
