DH, (2) 17 year olds and I are heading to Universal Studios Monday March 21st. We are booked into the Royal Pacific for 2 nights, which will give us 3 days in the park.

Our teenagers want to do WWHP and big rides (Duelling Dragons, etc...). My question is would we be able to do this in only 2 days at the park because of the FOTL perk and early entries both days???

Also, if I purchased 2 day passes online and we decided to go back for a 3rd day, can I upgrade them at the park and just pay the difference?

You should be able to do everything you want to do on Monday. The wild card is WWoHP...if the lines are really long, you'll have to spend more time there than you might want. But...since you're staying onsite, you shouldn't worry about the other lines.

You can add days to your tickets at Guest Services at either park. Just make sure you upgrade before your ticket expires that second day.

I speak from experience... Since you are staying on property 2 nights, and you are entitled to FOTL perks on your key card on checkin, the middle day, AND the day of departure, AND BECAUSE you get into the parks an hour (or more) before the general public... you should most definately be at the gate to IOA by 7:30AM and go directly to the WWOHP. You should have no problems whatsoever accomplishing everything you want to in 2 days, IF you utilize the hour early entry. :-) Have a great time!

Thank you for the responses...

The more I think about it, I'm considering cancelling the second night at the RP and do 2 non-stop full days at the park. We are also booked into the Bonnet Creek, so with their lovely pools we won't really have much need for the pools onsite at Universal Resorts. It will be really useful to have the room if we need to change clothes after getting soaked on the water rides, LOL!

don't forget that the three onsite universal resorts ENCOURAGE pool hopping. I was told that in those exact words twice on my last say at Portofino (which incidentally was Monday/Tuesday of this week :cloud9:)
