Out of all of your fantastic picks, I will only review the ones I have eaten at:

Akershus - Breakfast. We ate breakfast in our villa every day but one. That day we ate at Akershus Princess Breakfast. It was FAN FLIPPIN TASTIC!! It made me rethink eating breakfast in the villa for our next trip! I can't wait to eat there again.

Chefs - We had dinner our first night there and it was PERFECT

Ohanas - Only did dinner, but it was great! Fireworks after on the beach

HoopDeDoo - Never Again.

Have a blast!

It's good to hear good reviews for Chefs & Akershus. How come you did not like Hoop? Bad food? Bad service?

My favorite items at Cape May Cafe are the barbequed ribs, NE clam chowder, and the dessert spread.

There's a window in the front of the restaurant that's separate from the rest of the buffet, and it's filled with tiny desserts--little fruit tarts, key lime pies, lemon squares, tiny squares of carrot and German chocolate cake, etc. I'd go there just to eat that.

Oooo. That sounds good. Nothing like a good german chocolate cake.

Wow, you have a great selection of eateries. I am a big fan of the breakfasts at WDW, especially the character breakfasts. Here is my list:

Chef Mickey's - I love their food. A character breakfast must do.

O'Hana's - Another character breakfast must do.

Boma - Another must do for breakfast.

1900 Park Fare - I have only done dinner. The food is pretty good. The characters are great.

Crystal Palace - I have only done lunch and dinner there. I think the food is about the same as 1900 PF. Although I much prefer the characters at 1900 PF.

Rose & Crown Pub - I have only done dinner there, and have enjoyed it everytime.

Hoop Dee Doo - Hated the food, but the show is really good. Once was enough for me.

50's Primetime Cafe - I will be eating there for the first time next month.

I did the same thing last year...solo trip with an upgrde to deluxe dining! It was wonderful!! I hope you have a great time!

Tusker House - have not been since rehab. Is this better for breakfast or lunch? I haven't been since it switched to all characters but they used to have really good lunch selections.
50's Primetime Cafe - this is a must for me on every trip. I agree! One of my favorites because as a solo traveler they made me feel right at home...and introduced me to my long-lost cousins at the next table!
Brown Derby (lunch) - have not been in a very long time. I like this better for lunch as it makes a nice break in a rather hot park. Very relaxing, good food, good service.
Chef's de France (lunch) - never been (not sure about this one) Did dinner here two years ago. The food was very good, service was good. The only down side is how close the tables are crammed together.
Le Cellier (dinner) - must dine for me Not so much a must do for me anymore. Food is still good but there are so many other places to try!!
Rose & Crown (dinner) - must dine for me I only ate here once. It was good but not enough of a selection to make me more interested.
Crystal Palace (breakfast & dinner) - must for me Love starting my day here with breakfast....I've never been for lunch or dinner.
Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch) - on the fence with this one This is one I really recommend for lunch! So much better than dinner. The pot roast was soooo good!
Boma (breakfast) - never been I've had breakfast and dinner here. Both are very good although I like the wider variety of foods they have at dinner much better.
Spoodles (dinner) - on the fence with this one This was good but since they're changing the menu I'm sure it will be different when you go for free dining.
California Grill - have not been in a long timeLove the food and service, but honestly, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The lounge area gets so packed and it's incredibly loud.
Narcoossee's (dinner) - never been I was really looking forward to this last year but it was my one disappoint on my solo trip. The service was bad and the food was mediocre. I enjoyed Citrico's so much more.
Kona (breakfast) - have not been in a long time I love the Kona for breakfast and lunch! I've always had good service and food.

I've been to the Hoop Dee Doo Review several times. Never gone alone though. Food is ok and I enjoy the show. If you're doubting HDD, why not try another signature meal...Citrico's, Flying Fish, and Jiko are all excellent!
