Opinions on Mickey's Philharmagic...

I just thought I'd post to see what people thought about Mickey's Philharmagic 3D Movie. I've been reading tons of boards and don't see a whole lot about it. When my family and I were there in Nov. '04 we fell in love with it... In fact on our last day the 4 of us chose our favorite thing to do on our last day at MK and that was one of the attractions that was choosen!

So basically - what does everyone out there think of the show?

We really enjoyed it, from my usually cynical dh to our hard-to-please 2-year-old dd. It is our family's favorite, out of all the 3D attractions in the parks. We saw it twice during our recent trip -- the first time, the place was only 25 percent full, so we had great seats and the kids really got to experience it to the fullest. The second time, the place was packed, and our seats were not as good, but it was still a lot of fun for everyone.

Totally loved it!!!!! We saw 4 3'd shows throughout all the parks and this was by far my family's favorite. I know little kids love the rides but my DD6 said this was her favorite "ride" in Fantasyland. (She had to clarify which land because Space Mountain and Splash Mountain were her actual favorite rides!!!)
This will be a DO NOT MISS for us and anyone else we can tell!!!

This is a huge hit w/our family! We all find something special that we love! I only wish they could put it on tape and sell it for enjoyment at home!!! Unfortunately, it wouldn't have all the other 4-D type effects (ie: water).

Anyway, the one thing I wish they could bottle is the cinnamon smell!!! Mmmmm!!!!!

LOVED IT!! And yes Im aware Im yelling lol. My family also fell in love with this attraction. I heard my DH telling his boss about it yesterday, he was so animated, it was funny. We will be seeing this many more times on our next trip.

We thought it was great because it was the first 3d show that didn't frighten our timid DD4 at all. We've taken her to other ones like Honey I Shrunk the Audience and Shrek 4D at Universal, but she's always taken the glasses off because she was scared. She loved Philharmagic.

When I asked DW what her priorities were for our upcoming no-kids anniversary visit, this was one of the four in MK, along with Space, Splash, and Buzz.

Dh and I love it! It's a great addition to the MK. And it's nice to see Donald take center stage for a change.

Have other people found the 3d effect not working we were in the middle about 5 rows from the back and there was hardly any 3d effect .The last time we done it it looked like tinkerbell was in front of you and our boy was trying to grab donald but this time there was virtually just a standard cinema view.Is there a best set of seats to view this

Very Awesome! Definitely one of my favorite rides. It is just totally disney, all of the favorite movies I grew up with

We love it too. We took my BF last Nov., his first time back to Disney since he was a child. He fell in love with all the 3-D shows but Philharmagic was his favorite. DD loves the Apple pie smell. We found a candle at Bath and Body Works that has a very similar scent. We bought it so everytime DD11 misses Disney she just takes a whiff. Mickey's Philharmagic is a do not miss as is Soarin'. I must admit though Soarin' is our lastest favorite ride.

We really like it. It keeps our 14 month old's attention. He even keeps the 3D glasses on. We took him to see Muppets 4D, but he lost his interest half way through that. Each time, we've been lucky and walked right inside.

Who would not love it!!! It was one of my family's favorite attractions while we were there!! Oh how I would love to see it right now.....
