Opinions on HOtel

Currently I have a reservation at the Doubletree Universal for 2 nights. We have 2 rooms booked. We are now arriving a day earlier. I am now thinking do I want a hotel room with a little more like a fridge and microwave. I have seen 2 for a good price Quality Suites Universal and Comfort Suites Orlando - neither seem to have very good reviews. Any suggestions?? I would like it to be close to restaurants/and Universal. I will have 3 teenage boys with me. 17, 16 and 15.
