opinions on discounts for march

Howdy everyone,

We are going to Disney the first week of March and I was wondering from a historical standpoint if codes or annual pass discounts are usually available for this time of year. We normally go in Sept. or Oct.

We own DVC but I need to stay 2 nights at POR at the start of our trip.

Hi. We go every year mid-March. We have DVC but always add on a few nights at a moderate. The last two years the rates have come our right after New Year's... around January 3rd, I think. Last year we got two standard rooms at Riverside and with tax it was about $232, or very close to that... so about $116 per night per room. Last year I used the AP discount and the year before that there was a basic code "anyone" could use.
