hello.....we would like to have an early dinner in a resort before we activate our disney passes.........any opinions as to best one......don't want it to be late since we're off to Busch Gardens the following day.....we are 4 adults and 3 girls aged 11 6 and 18 months.

thanks.

1900 Park Fayre at the Grand Floridian is good . . . its Cinderella, the ugly sisters and the stepmother. They put on a really funny show through the evening which I'm sure your girls would enjoy, and we really liked the food!

Many like Chef Mickeys, where there is Goofy, Pluto, Minnie and Donald dressed as chefs. Crystal Palce is also very good with Pooh, Tigger, Eyeore and Piglet but that is MK rather than a resort. Of all the character meals we didn't really like 1900 Park Fare.

I'm lead to believe O'hanas at the Poly is good (it's Lilo & Stitch, plus a couple of the classics), but I cannot comment personally yet as I'm only visiting there in May.

But, we did Chef Mickey's at the Contempory last time we visited and it was fantastic. It's a buffet style meal, with lots of choices. And it's the classic characters, who are always good fun.

We're back at Chef's in May too, one we couldn't miss with the rest of our family coming along this time too :)

Tinks not sure Ohana does charater evening meal ? We really like Ohana, the breakfast is fun with Stich and Lilo, and like the food for dinner (although the 'singer' spolis it a bit)

Argh, didn't read that properly! Sorry OP! Maybe it's time for Rachel's bedtime! :lmao:

thanks.......we were thinking of the one with Cinderella and the ugly sisters but it seems to have mixed reviews.......is there a character dinner at AKL?

Thankyou everyone.....just looked at your link Johnny......I think that I will try to go for the Royal Gala at the GF

should be able to start making bookings in a week or so....fingers crossed
