Opinions needed on the Flower Power concerts and the Flower and Garden show, please.

We are leaving Friday and it's my first time there for this event. For those that have been previously did they do it up more special for the 10th anniversary? How are the speakers? Are there long waits to see the concerts? Do you think the early show is easier to get into the concerts?

Any special hints would be appreciated, too. What's not to be missed, etc.

I went to see Arlo Guthrie and Gary Puckett there in 2001. It's a laid back atmosphere with plenty seats available. We really enjoyed it. We are going again in a couple of weeks and definatley plan to do it again..

I have seen a couple of the shows so far this year (rascals, starship) The crowds aren't too bad, and if you dan't want to be right up front, you can walk in right before it starts.

We saw the Buckinghams (I was raised in the Chicago area) and they were great.

I absolutely love going to those concerts... Let's see I have seen Jay and the Americans, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Gary Puckett, Davey Jones, The Buckinghams, The Rascals... I have gone many times this time of year.. it is a great take in.. the concerts are not necessarily crowded because there are multiple showings... I hope you enjoy them as much as we have in the past..
