Opinions for Best Off-Site Car Rental

Good Morning. I'm looking for your experiences with the Disney off-site rentals you have done. We are doing a laid back trip from Nov 11-the 18th so don't need to rush to the resort. We are staying at SSR so am looking at closest one to it and want to use Alamo. I'm open to car care center or any other option if DTD construction will make a difference in how easy it will be. Will probably be picking up sometime in the early to mid afternoon. I will be dropping off back at the airport. Also, what kind of choices do we have at these places? Do you still get to choose or do they assign one to you? Since time is not an issue I figured it would be nice to save some moola and also maybe get a smaller car since we won't need to worry about luggage on either end. Thanks for any and all info you can share.

I used the CCC from Epcot one trip. They will pick you up at the park entrance and take you to the center. When I returned it, I had them do the reverse dropping me, I think again it was an Epcot day. I like Enterprise weekend rate rental, maybe adding a day. More often we now stay off site and I rent from the airport for length of stay for not much more. I think they have Alamo and Enterprise. Once I did a DTD resort Enterprise and the longestics were horrible.
