I have been having some problem with our new Nikon S230.
This is the original unedited picture
The preview on the cameral looks fine. Once the file is copied over to the computer this is what I get.
I can then edit the original picture on the camera and save a new copy.

Is there a problem with the camera or is does Nikon do something to the original JPG file that causes this.
On the last batch of pictures I would say about 35% had some problems and some much much worse than this. The bottom 1/3 of the picture would be missing, red, shifted over a bit. I was ab le to save all of the pictures by just editing on the camera. I think I had to try twice on a couple of the pictures.
