The biggest dealer where I live is a dealership called Herb Chambers. He has at least 1 store for every make of car you can think of. I've actually bought a couple cars from them in the past, but don't anymore due to shady business practices. Anyways, I'm driving to work this morning and I see one of those big billboards that simply reads:
"Herb Chambers: We won't screw you." Only the word screw is replaced by an actual screw. On one hand, it's clever marketing. On the other, I found it incredibly low class (not to mention a complete lie).
So, your thoughts?

Just last summer there was a billboard in the Waterbury area for one of the carpet companies that went something along the lines of "get laid by X Carpet company". I remember them talking about it on the local news because of the 'controversy' and thinking, hey, the dude got a lot of extra free ad time on the prime time news, it was actually pretty smart.
