opinion of International Illuminations Dinner at Epcot

My Magical Gathering group and I have a spot at Epcot's International Illuminations Dinner and Dessert Reception. Will my 3 year old enjoy it? Who is Auntie Rose, the Mistress of Ceremonies? What characters typically show up at this event? I heard Minnie and Goofy might make an appearance.

Good question. I'm right there with you. My daughter will be around 2 1/2. I hope somebody responds soon.

Auntie Rosie is a gypsy type person who interviews the families to see where you are from. I am not sure your child will feel one way or the other about her. The DJ was nice and the I have great photo of the children dancing with characters. It was also great to view in the private area and DD and DNs loved the dessert. I would do this one again without hesitation. If you have other specific questions, I'd be happy to answer them

Thanks so much for responding to my message. I did have a couple more questions.....Were Minnie Mouse and Goofy the two characters that showed up for your dinner? I heard that there was an additional one-on-one with Mickey Mouse in private with pictures. Did you experience this?
