Operating Hours of Disney Reservations?

Hi, I have tried to find the answer but can't. Probably not looking in the right place...sorry.

Does anyone know what hours the Disney Reservations line is open? I am trying to book online but have too many questions so would like to talk to someone IRL.

Since I am in Australia and 13hrs ahead, I need to know when they are open so I don't waste the cost of a call just to get a recorded message.

Also any tips on the best time to call so to avoid wait times, its not cheap calling the USA from Australia.

I read on this board somewhere where they open at 3:00 AM EST (Now daylight savings time) and I think they remain open until 11:00 PM. So that would mean that only a 4 hour window when they are not available.
