Opening Time/Will Call pickup

Okay, hopefully this is the last time I ask about this.

So I go to Universal 2 weeks from tomorrow. When I bought my tickets however long ago, the option was will-call meaning I have to pick up my tickets.

On both days I will be going to Universal, parks open at 9am. My thought process was to Uber from Disney at 7am, make it to Universal by 7:30am ish, get in line and be ready to pickup.

Does anyone know if Uber/Lyft is allowed to drop off that early?
