Open Table and Boathouse

Hi.
I have been stalking MDE for a 8-9 pm Boathouse reservation on NYE.
They have only had 5 pm and 10 pm.

Today, I decided to go on opentable.com and book the Boathouse. There were quite a few
times available.

Has anyone done this and will this work okay for my reservation?

I have used Open Table for reservations at House of Blues and it worked out great. Go for it!

Thank you very much. We are a family of 4 and kids are 18 and 22. My dd-22 does not want to be eating during countdown.
I made an 830 pm ressie on OT, figuring we won't be seated until 9 or after and done about 10:30 pm - 11 pm.
We can get a drink in DTD and then walk back to SSR after midnight.

Did you call HoB to reconfirm or just took your ressie with you?

I don't know what the heck made me think to look but SO happy I did!

I didn't call the restaurant. I have the app so if there was an issue, I would have pulled it up. I've used Open Table many times and never had a problem. I'm glad you were able to find a time that works better for you! Enjoy!

Open Table is the best way to book Boathouse. Better options and a better cancellation policy.
I eat there every visit and always book on Open Table. There's no need to call. They will probably even email you to remind you of the reservation.
