Mommy P I think we will spend a good amount of time at the pool too if it is hot as everyone has been saying. Yes I will be the one fully dressed and probably yelling at the kids....I am a yeller by the way.

No I don't melt in the water I just don't swim. Don't even know how.

My kids are in swimming lessons and can swim though.

We didn't request either so we shall see what we get. I don't mind AB anyway.

Marita that sounds interesting. Like to see them count at the end of the night.

Nab its never too late - my mom didnt swim, made us kids take lessons, but she always LOVED the water (bought a house on a lake even!) She took swim lessons at the YMCA in her 60's - she doesnt "swim" but now she isnt afraid she'll drown.. she actually enjoys a dip...

I know but in person I will be the quiet one that just listens.

That is how it is with me even when I was younger I was the listener when I went out with friends.

But I can't wait to see everyone and put a face and voice to you.

Last year at the viking meet, I tried to talk, and just looked at everyone 'bonding' laughing, chatting, and I suddenly felt out of place, and tried to slink away, MarkyMark asked me to stay for the picture, and Haley talked to me - and I grabbed Grammy for a hug, then ran away!!

I hope this sept I dont run away....

Nab, that is me too, I am a listener, not a talker.
But noone includes me in the gossip circuit to listen, LOL! There is something wrong with that!

I love the info on the buses - some of the drivers do that now - I love it... ("what does MGM stand for "mickey's got your Money" somehow I'll bet that doesnt make the GPS tour!! )

2 years ago when it was surreally crowded Columbus Day week - at POR a lady w/ a clipboard stood and counted us... and we still waited for 45 min for a bus, I was angry why were there TWO buses for DTD when DTD doesnt open until 11??? GGGGGGGGggggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrr then when a bus did show up and we were leaving the parking lot - we saw FOUR buses sittin there!!!

so Disney could do a better job transporting by bus... imho...

Sandy, I think they will still have the bus drivers chat with guests, some do a great job with that.

I think mostly leaving and getting there that the music, etc will play. But I am not totally sure. I think they would still want the human interaction factor.

Yes, don't run this year! I was not really comfortable either last year.

We will make it more comforable this year!

Hi, Eeoyore. This conversation is funny. You guys go to the chat room and talk for a half an hour but you're afraid that in person you will suddenly turn into stumps! Maybe I should write you all a script. Then you could read your "parts" to each other and have lots to say.

Sos, the monorail to all resorts would be waaaay cool. I think the busses with recordings is a good idea, too. They will be a lot like the recordings on the monorail route: "Now we are approaching Port Orleans Riverside," yada, yada, yada. "and next to it is the sister resort, Port Orleans French Quarter."

Sounds like a good idea.

I heard that the one resort monorail had a bit of a problem in the high wind.. last week? or a couple days ago...

I also heard that to upgrade what they have already is considerable, and that Disney isnt set on much more than maintance... sad, I love the monorails!

MIL is doing much better.....they walked her today and she even got some food....she yelled at us and said we are TO go to Disney........we will think about it and decide tomorrow.....I would never leave her if she was worse....antibiotics do wonders......absolutely wonderful drug......
