I just measured myself again - measurements in journal. Everything is shrinking nicely from 0.5 to 1inch all over apart from my boobs!!! I've put on inch there??? Unless my pecs are pulling them up and out - not very visible though!!!
I really don't understand - I thought most people lost from there first thing??

I guess you're one of the lucky ones.....
But seriously...I find my chest is the hardest place to measure. Inhale, exhale, posture, they all mess with my measurements. Maybe that is it. Unless you have really been pumping iron for your chest? Hope this helps!

but - prego????

just a thought?

i think it's very hard to measure the chest too, is your bra feeling roomier?? or along the first out of place question, maybe just the week of the month could affect your chest size?

Definitely not pregnant - I hope!! Only had a new IUD fitted last month., but it is that time of the month - usually it's just my belly that bloats out tho. I have been doing loads of exercise with weights tho trying to achieve some uplift so maybe they've been pushed a little out as well - LOL

I started losing from my hips and legs first, and have only gone down one bra size (but not cup size) despite losing 45 pounds. I went from the loosest hooks on the first size, down to the tightest hooks on the smaller size. However, I did go from a size 14-16 blouse to a size 8-10, so I've lost "bulk" in my torso. (My bottoms went from 14-16 to a 6, sometimes a 4)

My daughter is having the opposite problem!
