Hi everyone! If it isn't too late, I would love to join this challenge. I am new to the boards, although I have been on the site for over a year, just reading posts. I am really looking to get healthier before my family goes on our next Disney trip in June of 2017. I am a teacher, so I am on my feet all day, but I think I really need to have more "purposeful" movement in my life, outside of my job. My goal for the remainder of October is 400 minutes of exercise.
I was able to work out for 40 minutes today, so that brings me to 40/400.
