I tried to figure it out this morning. find the queue code and use the following link (putting queue code behind the = sign).

I wonder if I needed to close the browser. I'm guessing once it looped over automatically, it negated the queue ID for you to use.

Just rejoined the queue, hope its better and there's tickets When you say log out and login, did you do that after you got the prompt to enter the site?
