Well,
Let's just say I'm determined. I spent HOURS
using every trick in the book trying to get low rates.
So in the end I used ID# 7014615 and coupon code AD7937SDJ - or vice versa - my head hurts. Coupon part needs to be printed. It's a use your VISA code.

BUT
I used it through the Priceline system not Alamo itself. Reservation ONLY no CC charge. Press for all car companies. Then accept Alamo by pressing on their offer. Then Priceline has a spot where you can try individual codes when the Alamo quote comes up. You don't know if they will accept them until the final stage and then the total shows whether any discount was accepted. Look for the link to open this spot. Not my usual "name your own price" which kept shutting me out with prices higher than what I ended up with.
Anyway I got an economy for one week plus two hours for $160 and a midsize for another family member for $180. Total. Taxes in.
Mousesavers suggest using the kiosks at Alamo instead of the counter for lack of problems the day of. My personal disclaimer b/c mousesavers has noted issues at the Alamo counter and I don't want you all to start your vacation hating me. Smiling.
