Ontario airport questions

We will be flying into Ontario for the first time on Dec. 10th at 9:30am.
Any idea how long it should take to get to Disneyland. We are staying at the Park Vue Inn. There will be 6 adults, do you think a taxi will be the cheapest form of transportation we do not want to rent a car. Does anyone know what the approximate cost is for a taxi from this airport? Any suggestions will be much appreciated

ONT is pretty small so it will be quick 30-45 minutes from gate to the sidewalk out front with bags in hand. Another 35 to 60 minutes it depends on traffic but there is carpool lanes that will keep it closer to 35.

For 6 people you will want a shuttle, because you are not likely to fit in a taxi even if a minivan with luggage you would need two and that will ddrive the cost up. A lot of people like the Super Shuttle company.

Has anyone else flown into this airport and had any experience with the taxis? I have read that there are mini van type taxis that can accomodate larger parties. The shuttles are so expensive when traveling with larger groups.

A minivan will not carry 7 people, the driver has to fit too, and luggage for 6. This is why you will need a full size passenger van like the shuttle companies offer.
