Changed my rate to triple A last week, and just noticed they have charged me another nights deposit. Phoned today to confirm that the 2 days are on my account , but the reservations where unable to confirm this , and was unable to get anyone at accounts. Have sent an email to get confirmation. So just watch in case they charge you again.

Thanks for the heads up cause I am getting ready to make my reservations soon.
 
what happened when i changed to the aaa rate is hrh charged my card the new aaa rate and refunded the rack room rate all in aboutr 24 hours time span
 
I had them adjust the rate from AAA to AP and they didn't charge my card again neither have they given me a refund on the difference. I thought they'd use that on the parking fee.
 

Last year when i changed the rate they just kept the first deposit and was not charged again.
Recieved email today, i should not have been charged another deposit , so they have refunded the original deposit today. I explained in the email as long as both deposits where on my reservation it would be ok, will not call them again in case it gets confusing
 
We had two reservations running for one stay. When they combined the two, they used the second deposit against the first reservation (if that makes sense).
