Well, working backwards a bit, LOL, seeing as you are at S/D, on the last day, maybe enjoy an early morning walk over to Cape May Cafe for a character breakfast or maybe over to the Boardwalk Bakery for coffee and fancy roll on the Boardwalk, overlooking Crescent Lake. So much for Saturday.
If you want to get a lot in (assuming park hoppers of some sort) (and assuming you have been able to rest some time, LOL) and for your friends who have not been before, after you check in, take the boat from S/D to MGM and just walk around for a bit, but not spending too much time. Get a flavor of the place. It should not be crowded when you are going, early Feb I think. If a couple of the rides do not have lines, give them a shot. Leave before noon.
Then take a bus from MGM to MK and spend the balance of the day there. Lunch maybe, afternoon parade, Wishes, the magic of Disney. Since you are probably sleeping while standing by now, head back to the S/D for the evening. Maybe a late night walk over to the Boardwalk to see how pretty it is.
Friday, all day at Epcot, capped with Illuminations. A PS at one of the sit downs for lunch and/or dinner.
A lot to do, yes. If too much, cut out MGM.
Just some quick thoughts here. S/D gives you a LOT of flexibility.
Enjoy!!!!!
