Only need 75 pts, should I buy direct or resale?

I do only need 75 points. I don't care to go more than 5-6 times a year and getting a room with a full kitchen is silly for just 1 night. I will get too burnt out if I go more frequently than that, or stay more than 1 night at a time. I already am tired of the parks.

If you are tired of the parks I would not buy DVC.

It's the cheapest way to have weekend getaways at really nice resorts. I love the resorts, the parks are just repetitive. I for one don't understand why people waste money on a nice hotel when they spend most of there day at an amusement park.
