Hi all ~ We were chatting about Disney today and decided to move our 2009 trip to 2008! YIPPEE! So that's only 719 more days! That means I have to save $10 a day. heeheehee.....S

I've been driving DW crazy by starting to plan for our 2008 trip... and money saving plans!

Plus I'm spending more time than your average bear on the board!!!

I'm FINALLY at 165 Days and I started planning this trip at the end of Oct 2004 when we bought DVC!

After this trip I'll start counting down to our non-Disney cruise/DVC trip at the beginning of Dec 2007 to see Christmas at the world. I like to plan ahead but am learning not to plan every minute We have DOWN days for this trip how will I stand it???

HA! Well, we leave in 5 days for the "last minute decided we needed to go trip" and then I get to jump whole hog into planning the 2010 trip (10th anniversary)!

I'm still trying to swing a 2008 escape too, but it's a toss-up...we'll get to go if I don't get pregnant. If I do, we'll definitely have to wait until 2010! Oh well, at least it'll be great either way!!!! Baby or WDW!!!

I'm so glad you said that! I've been reading the other boards about all the people who go 3,4,5 times a year, and feeling really sorry for myself. Our next trip will be in 739 days, if I calculate correctly. Do you think its to early to reserve a room? (lol) Saving up for Contemporary Mk view for part of the trip...

Hi Chester's Mum ~ Our recent 4 trips were 1998, 2001, 2002 and 2006. The only trip that wasn't spectacular was 2002. I think that's because we went the year earlier and it was too soon to return. Our trip last month was incredible ~ I credit waiting 4 years. We have had 1,3,4 years between trips, now we will try two years! HEEHEEHEE....S

No such thing as planning to early.

To me planning is half the fun. We are going to disney in late October before our cruise and that was all booked at about 360 days out. We have been planning Cuba for December 2006 and that was decided January 2006 and we are planning an Alaskan Cruise for August 2007.

We booked a last minute cruise in Feb with only about 3 weeks to plan and it wasn't as much fun, I felt very rushed. I am a type A planner. I have had suitcases out for my october cruise since November.....

OK I am rambling now...but plan and countdown the days....you won't believe how quickly it goes.

Congrats Sandra we to have our trips pretty much fully planned out up to 08 and 09 is in teh begining stages of our planning once we get back from this Dec trip we will buckle down and solidify our 09 plans.

We were at 199 on Monday , next year will be driving to Montreal Ottawa, Quebec City , then the UK in 2008 , 2009 probably close to home , then the Winter Olympics for 2010 .

But don't ask me whats for supper tonight!

Hey we will be at the 2010 games also we have traded a week at Disney on our DVC points to another person we know who has a timeshare in BC at Whistler. We can't wait for that one it should be great.
