Only 5 people for advanced selections?

We have 4 children. When I booked our advanced DAS it only let me do it for 5. I’m being told I have to go to guest relations to get this fixed?

They should allow 6 total. The person with the DAS and then 5 additional people

Is one of your children less than 3 years old?
Guests under the age of 3 don’t have a ticket, so there isn’t a way to link them to the DAS or include them in any times. They would just be included in your group without a DAS Advance Selection (or DAS Return Time once you are in the park making them).

Do you know how it works when the person needing DAS is under 3?

I don’t have personal experience, but I’ve read reports that said it was added to one of the parents for the child
