Believe it or not, it's a quarter to one in the morning, and I just got off the phone with my sister in law. I've had (no kidding) 15 calls from various people with last minute questions on what to pack, etc. I would have been done with MY packing, if everyone would quit bugging me. I guess I am their DIS Board! Will be sooo glad to get on the plane...I don't care where we go.
Steve, thanks for the info...I sort of thought about the domestic abuse thing, but hadn't thought about the industrial. Eric had the bone fragments removed from the end of his thumb, and they managed to stitch the tip and fingernail back on, and are hopeful that it will "take".
As for the bachelor party, they had one in New York, I'm guessing if you wanted to have one on the ship you'd have to drag him out of the Internet Cafe, or the game room....he's a computer/video game junkie! We could just skip him and have a co-ed bachelor party.

There may not be a wedding when Megan finds out that she won't be married on the island! She is a very well-spoken, friendly, pleasant gal.....until she doesn't get her way. I'm trying hard to see it from her point of view, I'd be upset, too....but, doo-doo happens, and the sooner they learn to deal with it, the better off they'll be. It won't be what we've envisioned for the last 14 months...we KNOW that it will, at the very least, be raining. She will probably try to organize a mutiny. That will be the point at which I will disown her.
Gail....you're too funny...I couldn't even get Jay to
remove my polish when I'd had surgery!
Having a party in the suite wouldn't be a bad idea....will concierge give us free food & drinks? Maybe they will if we are diverted, as a consolation...?? Trouble is, we'd miss the music and dancing! I could sing & dance, but somehow I just don't think it would be the same. At least I could blame everyone's nausea on the rough seas!
Only a rough guess, but I'd think the party would have to either have to be in the Walt Disney Theater, or in the Lobby. They wouldn't
couldn't NOT have one, could they????
Going to go look at the hurricane site. Which reminds me, I went to see Dad tonight, and the staff was wishing me well for the trip, and I said "I think we'll have a great time if Hurricane Isabel doesn't mess things up".....and one of the employees said "Oh, is the bride getting testy?"......I thought that was hysterical. Hated telling them I truly was talking about a real hurricane!
A couple more days! Gonna go look at the hurricane site.
