Only 1 Post Every 30 minutes on TRs??!!

Still having issue. Just posted 3 times in 30 minutes this morning and was locked out for 25 mins. I clicked report button on my post while I was locked out but am posting here to so a mod sees this and can fix (or try to fix). Thanks.

After posting this I was locked out for like 9 mins. I can edit my posts but not post.

It has been doing it all day but I was off Dis for past 2 hours so let me give it a go and see what happens.
