Has anyone used OnLineFX recently?

I ordered some $$ the other week and got a phone call saying their debit/credit card system was broken and would I like to use the BACS system to pay for my currency. I declined, and said I would wait for their system to be fixed - that was a over a week ago. Has anyone ordered and paid with debit/credit card recently?

Sorry Tim I haven't. I used to use them all the time but found recently that Travelex always had a better rate and you can pick it up at the airport so I've been using them for the last several times.
