Hi,

I just was online taking a look at the Passholder Best Rate Program web site and it is now updated to show a maximum occupenacy of 5 at POR. I sent them an email a few weeks ago about them only listing 4. So it does look like they are responding to the feedback submitted to the site. So if you have any issues/concerns send and email using the contact us and hopefully they will listen.

They will also put you into the mansion side of POR with 6. We had booked the POR Alligator Bayou side for our trip this past week (got back yesterday 7/23) and was suprised to be in the mansion side. Believe it or not, we were able to fit all 6 of us (2 adults, 15,11,2,1). They brought us a pack-n-play and a rollaway bed (did not charge us the fee for it either). We had to move the table & chairs by the connecting room door and put the pack-n-play next to the bed. We put the rollaway between the armoire and the a/c unit. It worked out okay since we only used the room for sleeping and showering.

They told us we do that all the time at the front desk with the mansion side even though I had heard otherwise.

You were only able to do this because you had two people in your party under 3yrs. Once the 2yr old is older you would be in the AB section and to be honest you would have to go with two rooms once everyone is older than 3yrs.

Actually, we were "able" to do it because they had filled up the Alligator Bayou side by the time we'd arrived, even though we'd booked the trip months in advance.

I was referring to being able to book that many people in one room at a moderate to begin with.
