Online tax returns...Other than turbo tax...

Last year, I used H&R Block online for Federal return. My State, Illinois, had free filing online (great!). I've read the thread about turbo tax but, I don't see how this 'program' files the forms, etc. with the gov't and, at what cost after paying for the program. Seems like a douple-pay. Of course, if you're an accountant, the program will surely pay for it itself with your customers but, what about the sole, individual family, doing their taxes on their own?

Looking for those 'other' sites ready to file my taxes!
