Online Survey

Hi Guys!
Did anyone else get the online survey yesterday in their email from Disney? It was for a prototype of a new reservation system they wanted feedback on. It was pretty cool. I really like the fact that it even had a spot for a promotional code. I had clicked on a link on the home page of their WDW reservation page a few weeks ago and filled out a survey and at the end they asked if you would be interested in being included in future surveys. I checked "yes" and already I got that one plus an invite for an in person survey here in Dallas next Monday.
I wonder if all these changes to the reservation system in the works (no more CRO, new online system, etc) have something to do with why there are still no AP codes.

Yep - I got this too! I was really hopeful that I was getting one of those e-mail postcards, but no such luck! Just a survey on using their online res system.

I do use the online res system to see what types of rooms are still available on my dates - but not to reserve my room - I need the 5 day cancellation limit!

I just completed it! I also use the online system to check prices and availibilty, then call to get AAA discount or Disney Club. The whole process was quick and easy and I got to pretend book the GF!!!! It was for this October and I only wish I was really going!!! I hope I will get more such things, they are pretty neat!

I got the same survey, I like the system they are trying out, but I have had no problems with the system now. I do not book online, like everyone else that has posted I just use it to get an idea of pricing and then call myself.
It would be nice to be able to use AAA discount or AP discount right online it would really make things easier.

I received the same email on Monday. I liked the fact that there was a place for the promotional code, that might make me more likely to book online in the future. I also liked that along with the price quote, they gave other suggestions in that price range.

I had gotten the email for the Dallas focus group too, but never got a phone call. Wonder if the online survey was supposed to make me feel better about that?

I got the survey too, I check the prices out and resorts but haven't booked online always call CRO.
