Online Survey Postcards from WDW CRO ???

I just got a postcard from WDW. I was all excited thinking it was a discount code or something, buy it was just an online survey from WDW CRO. I did the survey and gave my honest HIGH remarks. I have always been treated VERY well and fast through Disney CRO, so I answered the questions honestly. Just about all the questions were about CRO agents and how they treated there Customers......(us!).
Did anybody else get one of these yet? I seem to remember that after we returned from our last trip we got a survey card too??? I guess it may just be a normal thing.
It was just odd that the survey was completely about CRO, the agents and the entire reservation procedure ONLY ! Weird!
Well maybe for my honest high remarks, I will get another postcard in the mail with some discount codes!..... YEA RIGHT .....Not holding my breath !!!!! I have yet to see one of those!

There have been some real problems with CRO lately. I think they are looking for feedback on ways to improve. Sounds like some restructuring might be in the works.

I received a postcard to fill out the survey after a recent visit to caribbean beach. Hopefully I will result in me getting discount codes in the future.

I received one of those postcards. Unfortunately, I have made probably 7 or 8 calls to CRO and have no idea which call the postcard actually pertained to. Most Cast Members were plesant -- a couple could have been more friendly -- and there were four times when I had a huge wait to even speak to a Cast Member -- in the evening and when the AP rates came out. So I had a hard time answering the survey and did state that fact in my response.

A postcard code would have been nice though.
