online shopping/shipping vent!!!!!

ARG!!!! ##^%$*@!!!!


In the past month, I have purchased a lot online. (Our family is all out of state) Here is a LIST of the issues.

Ordered gift for niece's birthday from Amazon (a two hundred dollar gift) UPS says they tried to deliver 3 times, however we know this is not the case. Took 3 weeks for Amazon to credit:mad:

Ordered a baby gift from babies r us for my sister. They shipped the 2 items separate, and only included the packing slip/gift card w/ one of the shipments...Of course the gift without the slip arrives 4 days ago, and the one with the slip still hasn't gotten there. My sister doesn't know who it is from. Thank goodness for facebook, and her online plea for friends, and family to help solve the mystery:mad::mad:

Ordered pair of UGGs for DD from shoes.com. She really wanted them for a trip this weekend. They arrive today, and are 2 DIFFERENT sizes, and cleary have signs of wear/tear, including three rips in the toes.:mad::mad::mad:

I GIVE UP :faint:

ETA--I have ordered online for years...I don't think I've had this many issues ever, yet alone this much in a months time.
 
Boo! That stinks.

I ordered a king sized headboard from a furniture company in NC. I ordered on December 28th...it's not being delivered until MARCH 7TH!!! WTH?!?!?! It wasn't on backorder, but nobody at the company can tell me what the holdup has been...supposedly the freight company has had it for weeks. I could have walked to NC and back with it :rolleyes:
 
Sorry you're having such a bad streak of luck.. I can imagine how frustrated you are..:headache:

Knock on wood, all of my online purchases for the past year have been very good ones..:goodvibes
 
I hear ya! Going through that right now with a pump from marine.com - needed it last week and still don't have it.

(snow is melting and I now have a pool in my basement..ugh!)
 

Ugh...sounds like you have "sucker" written all over your face-well you probably feel like you do anyway.- my husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day & they arrived dead-actually frozen 2 days before! They did replace them but said they couldn't get them to me by Valentine's Day...hopefully they will make it better but when you specifically order to have by a certain time & they screw up...UGH!!! is putting it nicely.
